Primary Rhinoplasty*

This wonderful young female contacted the DeRosa Center for a consultation with Dr. Jaimie DeRosa at the DeRosa Clinic to discuss her nasal concerns. She was mainly bothered by a large nose and a bony bump. She was also interested in improving her nasal profile. She was blocked on the left side of her nose in terms of breathing too. Dr. Jaimie DeRosa, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, performed an open septorhinoplasty, which included removal of the nasal dorsal hump, added tip support, and used cartilage grafts from her own nose to aid in nasal tip refinement. Here we see her results one year after surgery.
