Rhinoplasty on 28 year old woman*

This 28 year old woman was bothered by overall size of her nose. She didn't like the bump on the bridge of the nose, otherwise known as a dorsal hump. She also felt like the tip of her nose stuck out too far from her face and dropped when she smiled.
