Nose job on a young female with who had a nose that was too big for her face*

This lovely 33 year old woman was bothered by her large nose that didn't fit in with the rest of her face. She did not like the large bump on the bridge of the nose and that her nasal tip drooped too much and got worse with smiling. She was found to have thin nasal skin, a drooping nasal tip (otherwise known as tip ptosis, and a large dorsal hump).
