Revision Rhinoplasty and chin implant replacement for a woman*

This 34 year old woman came into the DeRosa Clinic with a history of prior rhinoplasty and chin implant. She was bothered by nasal obstruction, pain in the middle of the nose, short and small nose and deformity which included bump along the bridge of the nose, tip which had fallen and the nose being too narrow. She had Bossa of her nasal tip cartilages, as well. Dr. DeRosa fixed her nasal deformity and breathing issues with an open rhinoplasty approach and septal plus rib cartilage (costal cartilage) grafting to the nose. She also had a 'button type' chin implant that was replaced with an extended anatomical silicone chin implant so that it looked more natural.
