Revision Rhinoplasty after 2 prior surgeries and sport injury*

This 22 year old woman had prior septorhinoplasty elsewhere and then suffered a nasal fracture while playing soccer. She has a revision surgery after the injury but present to DeRosa Clinic with complaints of a crooked nose, flat and twisted nasal tip as well as nasal obstruction. Dr. DeRosa performed an open revision rhinoplasty surgery using her own rib cartilage to correct the nasal deviations, straighten the nose, and re-support the nose and nasal tip.
