Procedure

Procedure Details

This is a 26 year old woman who broke her nose when she was a young teenager. She didn't have treatment at the time of the injury and so had a crooked nose and a bump on the bridge of her nose that she wanted to be fixed. Her nose was crooked to the right and she had a dorsal hump, which Dr. DeRosa corrected. Using an open septorhinoplasty approach, she removed the hump, straightened the nose, and made slight changes to the nasal tip to refine and support her nose.
